We aim to create beautiful spaces, which are highly functional, energy efficient and will withstand the test of time. Through the use of 3D modeling and other cutting edge technologies, we can build the project virtually to help communicate more effectively, make better informed decisions, and provide maximum value to our clients for generations to come.
Our mission is to make the world a better place for everyone through inspiring design, re-use and recycling of materials, and creating a built environment for the enjoyment of all future generations. We believe in protecting the environment through minimizing waste, using low energy resources, and keeping lifecycle costs as low as possible to maximize true value over the life of a project.

And we believe home is a reflection of who you are. The materials you choose, the pictures you display, the chaos and order—the walls of your home enclose the world you create for yourself when you have a choice. It’s the one place on earth you can truly make your own, and we want to help you create it.
We found our passion for home renovation while live-in flipping our first home in 2018. With Joy’s background (dual masters in architecture and structural engineering) combined with Tell’s skills across various trades (electrical, machining, mechanical, and just general handiness), we transformed our basic builder-grade into an inspiring space that is uniquely ours. In 2020, we decided to turn our passion into a full-time gig so we can help you create a home you love, too.
When we’re not swinging a hammer, we’re figuring out how to live on a catamaran and sail the world with our rescued fur babies (the loves of our lives... aside from each other, of course ☺).
